This solution for sole cleaning is a reliable, compact, easy to operate and extremely efficient sole cleaning device for dry cleaning of soles and edges of shoes. In a few moments, the dirt sticking to your employees' footwear is rubbed off with the rotating nylon brushes. With a professional sole cleaner sensitive areas can be protected from contamination, floors are protected from dirt and damage and significant savings in cleaning costs are possible.

The compact sole polishing machine is very easy to use. The employee can start the powerful 240-watt motor with a light touch of the foot on the sensor. This controls the rotation of the 4 roller brushes for sole cleaning and the 2 round brushes for cleaning the sole edges, which run against each other for optimum cleaning results.

The user can then rub his dirty shoes against the rotating nylon brushes. Within a few seconds impurities are reliably rubbed off and collected in a dirt tray. With the easily removable dirt collection tray, the removed dirt can be emptied quickly and easily, which reduces the maintenance effort of this sole cleaning machine to a minimum. An ergonomically curved handlebar provides the user with the required support during the entire sole cleaning process.

We offer an optional grate for this sole cleaning machine (see options). The advantage is obvious: after cleaning the sole, the user does not step back into the dirty area from which he came, as dirt largely falls through the grate and the tread surface itself remains clean. This ensures better separation of the black and white areas, especially in sensitive areas. The standard version is supplied without grate.

On request, the shoe cleaning machine can be delivered with conductive ESD brushes instead of nylon brushes (see options). These special brushes eliminate static charges during the cleaning process, which could otherwise damage sensitive electronic components.
