The Sole washer 100-024 DRY is a professional sole cleaning machine for companies in the food industry, in which water entrainment can be consistently prevented due to the type of soiling (e.g. for flour and dough in bakeries). The cleaning is done with the special brush with nylon coating only dry. The grated dirt falls into a dirt drawer located under the rotating brushes. The crumb tray can be quickly and easily cleaned by pulling it out from the side.

Its compact dimensions make this sole cleaning device ideal for smaller companies in the hygiene sector as well as for the protection of less frequented side entrances in larger production companies. The complete sole cleaning system consists of high-quality, finely ground 1.4301 stainless steel and impresses with its great robustness and long service life. The machine is available as a free-standing version or for fixed wall mounting (see options).

The sole cleaning system is started by pressing the contact button on the handlebar. This starts the rotation of the special brush with nylon trimming. Shoes, boots or clogs can then be rubbed in the rotating roller brush and the laterally mounted disc brushes. Even the most stubborn dirt is rubbed off the soles and sole edges in a few moments. The large space under the brush allows the upper leather of the shoes to be cleaned with the underside of the roller brush.

The grated dirt / dirt is collected underneath the brush in a laterally extendable crumb drawer. The sole cleaning machine is completely made of fine-ground stainless steel (1.4031) and is characterised by a high degree of robustness and a long service life in tough daily use.

The sole cleaning device is available as a standing version or as a version for wall mounting (see options). The free-standing version is equipped with an extremely robust and stable stainless steel base frame. The wall-mounted version is prepared for permanent installation. With the prepared holes, screwing to the wall is very simple and quick. Commissioning is also extremely simple: The sole cleaning device only needs to be connected to a normal 230-volt socket.
